Bonjour from Campagne Maison
Right now, I am busier than.....
A beaver in a tsunami...
A 3 legged dog...
A cat coverin' it up...
A one legged man in a butt kickin' contest...
Grand Central Station...
A hound dog with fleas...
A one arm man hangin' wallpaper...
2 bees in a 12 bee flower garden...
A button on an outhouse door...
A one tooth man in a Corn-on-the-Cob eating contest...
An Elf at the North Pole...
...heck--but I wouldn't change a thing!!
If you are "busier than" any of these, I would love to know what it is......
Thanks for stopping by the farmhouse for a visit today. We love having company.
Au revoir,

Isn't that always the way - I rememer when I was working, I could never really enjoy Christmas because I ended up working overtime and everyone was in a hurry. By the time Christmas came I was so tired and actually looking forward for the New Year to start ...it's sad how that works. Well, I don't have that problem anymore. My life is slow, and almost always peaceful (with the exception of a few unexpected turbulences that are unavoidable) ...so, I'm sending you some of my slow-cooked Christmas spirit ;-)
Thanks for stopping by and saying hello.
Merry Christmas!
That's such a great question because although I lead a simple life I tend to always fill it with friends, fun and hobbies. Those things put me behind in all my holiday decor, shopping and wrapping. This weekend I've promised myself to catch up since my bonus room floor looks like a tornado hit as I keep adding to the pile of Christmas cheer.
Hubby and I decided, this year, to use an artificial tree and make our holiday traveling easier. I won't be tied into taking down the tree on Christmas day. Finding a great tree, that doesn't cost a fortune, has been interesting. We looked at three stores and still don't have a big tree up, just two little ones in bedrooms. Good grief, the most basic of all decor, a tree, and I don't have one yet. :(
So where am I this morning, not wrapping, not organizing, not baking. I'm visiting with all my sweet blogging buddies instead!

Happy Holidays and try to slow down a bit

I love the metaphors you've used here! My busy time is over and now I'm going to be busy enjoying Christmas. I still have gifts to finish and wrap, baking to do, and even some shopping, but my exams are over and now it's all about celebrating!

How about "busier than the only whore at a Shriners Convention." Okay, so it isn't PC, but I'm too busy to be PC. I think this is the busiest year I have ever had in 55 years. I feel like it will be over before I know it and with 19 days left in this month, I'm not sure which way is up right now. Hugs to everyone. Sea Witch
Jacque, I'm still laughing. Love your sense of humor. I'm pretty busy myself, but house is now decorated.
Thanks for stopping by to visit and leaving the thoughtful comments. I appreciate it.
Happy Holidays to you....Sarah
Hi Jacque,
Very funny! Love it. It sure does get real busy around this time of the year. I'm too busy to remember to breath sometimes, but never too busy to come on over and say Hi. Hope all is well with you and your family. Wishing you a wonderful day.
Much love,
♥Ana
Remember It's A Wonderful Life. Your friends and family are the most important things. TL
Yes, you are right - the garland on my white tree is coffee filter strips and you win 2 snowflakes - problem is I'm at the library computer because my Internet is down and I'm not sure if I make it back today. The computers here have been very busy because of school being out. If you leave me your address I will somehow find a computer to read it and get them mailed to you as soon as I can.
